I was fortunate enough to train as a fighter/ instructor, with the world famous Fairtex Muay Thai and Boxing Camp in San Francisco, CA. What is your Philosophy?
If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready... If you train your body to perform in as many situations as possible- You don't have to wait until next season to play, you don't have to sit this one out, you don't have to question whether you should or should not try out. Stay ready and keep getting it done. But more than preparing your body is needed. Your body follows your brain. Get your head wrapped around being ready and your body will respond.
